This is Sabree during warm-ups. I could tell she was nervous just by the way she was standing. She looked so small standing around with all of the other swimmers!
She's on the block, ready to dive in her first event. She's so cute!Grandma and Grandpa Adams drove up to see her swim. They stayed the night on Friday and stayed the entire day Saturday for her meet. It was so helpful to have them there and Sabree really appreciated it! It sure made her feel special. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!
Luke, Sabree and Grandpa!
This is a picture from Friday night! The kids had just gotten a valentine from Grandma and Grandpa with tons of candy in it. Jaylee's lips are really red from the candy and you can see the "wired" expression on Sabree's and Oliver's face from all of the candy! We love Grandparents...that's what they are for...love 'em, spoil 'em, feed 'em candy!Luke, Sabree and Grandpa!
Here are Sabree's final numbers from the meet...
50 Breaststroke - 56.6 seconds (she came in 6th place, she beat all the other 8 year old's but was behind some of the 9 and 10 year old's)
50 Freestyle - 41.07 seconds (she came in 8th but again beat all the other 8 year old's)
50 Backstroke - 51.45 seconds (she came in 4th place, and beat all the other 8 year old's)

Way to go Sabree. She really is an awesome swimmer. It looks like you had a fun weekend.
Wow, she is such a little swimmer. I remember my childhood swim meets--such a stress. Way to go Sabree
Good job Sabree! That is one thing I could never conquer! I'm positive she could beat me! :) You have such a cute family Julie!
That's awesome! I had no idea she was a swimmer! Cute blog by the way. I am determined to get mine updated this week. UGH! I'm so behind it feels like homework. Maybe I'll just start from this day forward - no looking back:) The thought makes me breath a sigh of relief.
You guys have been busy! I can't believe how much Jaylee has changed. I think she will forever be a toddler in my mind. Love your family picture. You look FABULOUS.
