7 children!!!

After a very fun weekend...Luke and I are exhausted. Friday was my brother's anniversary so we watched their kids for the weekend (they're going to watch ours on our anniversary). We added their 4 kids to our 3. Lets just say our house was hoppin'! We played tons of UNO, had hug toy messes, made Christmas lists at Toys R Us, had a Toy Story 3 popcorn party, made forts, played hide and seek, and survived church.
The sleeping arrangement worked out pretty good. Oliver's bed is actually 2 top matresses instead of a box spring so we just split them up. The girls were the hardest of all the kids the first night. They kept laughing and talking. And of course, they had to go to the bathroom every 10 minutes and needed a drink every 5...so funny!
Oliver and Zak on the couch!
We found out that Ret likes to wake up at 5:30 in the morning except on weekends because he gets to stay up later. Maybe the older boys were playin us with a clever way of staying up late but we weren't going to take any chances either way so we let them stay up!
This is the fort! We let the kids try to figure out a fort but it wasn't going well, Luke decided to take over. He rearranged furniture and made an awesome fort!Luke took all the kids except Jaylee and met Che' in Salt Lake. Jaylee crashed! She had a fun weekend!

Believe it or not, I already miss my nephews and neice! It was great to have them around. My hat goes off to Mom's of 7+ kids though...I'm tired!
